What are your payment options

We have several convenient ways to pay your bill.

Payments can be made with cash, check and credit and debit card. Credit and debit cards payments can be made by calling our office or call toll free 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1-866-740-2455(no additional fees). 

Payments are accepted during office hours or checks and money orders through the mail slot in our door after hours. 

Payments are also accepted through the mail.  Please use the remittance advice and envelope that is enclosed with your bill which includes your complete account number and proper mailing.

Why have I heard and seen different names for your company?

In 1999 we were bought out by Waste Connections, Inc. but continue to do business as Sweet Home Sanitation.  We are committed to keeping a local office to better serve our valued customers..

What is your holiday schedule?

Sweet Home Sanitation services ALL holidays.  The office may be closed, but the routes run on scheduled days.  The times may vary so remember to place garbage out by 5 a.m.

Do you take televisions, computers and other large items?

Please call our office to arrange for special pickups.  There is a nominal fee based on the type of item.  Many items are accepted free of charge at our Transfer Station including televisions, computers, monitors, some appliances and other scrap metal.

What time does the garbage have to be out to the curb or road?

Please place your garbage out by 5 a.m.  Your garbage may be serviced anytime between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. on your service day

What are your hours of operation for the office and Transfer Station?

The office is open Monday thru Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  The Transfer Station is open Tuesday thru Friday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

How can I start service or set up for a dumpster?

Please call our office and one of our customer representatives will be happy to help you. Call us today 541-367-2535 or 888-325-5068.  We do require two months prepaid for service as well as prepayment on dumpsters.

Why was my recycling missed today?

Recycling is actually next week.  Please check our Recycle Calendar.

Why are there extra charges on my bill?

STOP AT THE TOP!  Garbage lids must close completely to avoid extra charges.

What should I do if my service was missed or I fail to put out the garbage?
